Meeting Yuk Recruitment

Meeting Yuk is a social media application developed by DTETI UGM. The app is a media for people to meet and to have an appointment in their favorite places such as tourist destinations, hotels, and restaurants. Join us to elevate your software development skills.

We require talented and motivated students to work on the following topics:

1. Authentication, Security and Software Testing

Develop One Time Password mechanism for Android Client App
Develop QR Code login mechanism for Web Client App

2. Web-Based Client App

Develop web-based Meeting Yuk Client Application
Meeting Yuk App includes the following features:

User management (authentication, profile, etc.)
Meeting management
Contact management

3. Back-Office for Merchant

Develop web-based application for the merchant management
A merchant is a place where Meeting Yuk user can book a meeting room
Merchant back-office includes the following features:

Merchant management
Package management
Transaction/Booking management

4. Meeting Yuk Merchant App

Develop Android App for merchant
A merchant is a place where Meeting Yuk user can book a meeting room
Meeting Yuk Merchant includes the following features:

Merchant management (authentication, profile, etc.)
Package management
Transaction/Booking management

5. Meeting Yuk UX Research

Research on usability testing
Experiment on alternative designs
Collaboration with graphic designer

6. Project Manager

Manage project timeline and schedules
Maintain communication between team members and with other parties
Collaboration with all stakeholders
Manage and develop reports

7. Customer Relationship Management

Understand the needs and the business process of our clients
Dealing with the relationship between Meeting Yuk and clients
Promoting and marketing Meeting Yuk app
Collaboration with Project Manager

Topic 1 to 5 will be transferred into S1 Final Project. Students will be paid 1 million rupiahs/month.
Topic 6 and 7 will be transferred into DTETI Internship for at least 3 months. Students will be paid 0.5 – 1 million rupiahs/month.
All students need to stay in M22 room everyday with flexible arrangement.
