# of invited participants : Nine (9) undergraduate students and one (1) Master student
Eligibility of applicants :
1)Undergraduate (3rd or 4th year) or Graduate School students (1st year) in Dept. of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, and Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.
2)Those who have no experience of visiting JAPAN
3)Those who are interested in education and research exchange.
4)Those with sufficient English capability.5)Those who can get a recommendation from their current/prospective supervisor

Program :
1)Workshop/research presentation;
2)Explanations of research laboratories and facilities at Shizuoka University (Hamamatsu campus).
Financial support : Full support is provided for: 1) a round-trip economy-class air ticket (CGK-JAPAN) and 2) shared accommodation

Screening :
1) The participants will be selected on basis of academic records, English test score, and supervisor recommendation(s);
2) We give highest priority to Undergraduate students. Please note that 1st year Master student can apply with low priority and limited number of slots.
Acceptance notification : We will inform you through an acceptance notification by 3 June 2016 (Fri) at the latest.
